Orders and domestic shipping

How fast are orders processed? Orders placed before midday will be processed and dispatched the next day (working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Norweigan holidays).

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept Paypal.

When will I receive my order? You will see the estimated delivery time in the shipping section when you place your order. In Norway, shipping is expected to take 2-5 days, pending on where you live. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please contact post@aphru.com.

What is your return / exchange policy? To receive a full refund on a returned product, customers must return the product within 14 days from the date the products were received. Another option is to ask for an exchange for another similar priced product or to pay the difference. We do not make any reimbursements outside the 14 days return period.

How do I return or exchange items? APHRU will reimburse the full price of the products as long as they are returned unworn, unused and undamaged, with the original APHRU tags and labels intact, in all the original APHRU packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. All returns shall be sent to: APHRU Retail Group AS, Strandveien 13, 1324 Lysaker.

Can I return a gift? Customers may exchange a gift, receive a voucher or exchange into a different product.

When can I expect my refund? It may take up to 7 days to receive your refund on your bank account.

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect? If a product sold by APHRU has manufacturing defects, APHRU must be immediately notified at post@aphru.com. If a manufacturing defect is detected, the customer has the right to have the product replaced free of charge, a price-reduction, or the order cancelled.

How do I track my order? You can track your order by using the tracking number received by email. This information is also available on your account page. 

Can I change or cancel my order? If you wish to change your order, please contact us at post@aphru.com.

Can I return or exchange items at your concept store? Yes, you can return or exchange items at our concept store. Click here for location and opening hours. Please ensure that the product is returned unworn, unused and undamaged, with the original APHRU tags and labels intact, in all the original APHRU packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
