ORDERS AND SHIPPING
How fast are orders processed and when will I receive my order?
We process all orders the same day or the day after (working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Norweigan holidays). All orders are sent by DHL Express and have estimated delivery 1-2 working days after the order has been processed.
Do you ship abroad?
We currently ship only within Norway. Our webshop is scheduled to be open for worldwide shipping March 2020, using DHL Express.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer invoicing through Klarna.
What is your return / exchange policy?
To receive a full refund on a returned product, the product must be returned within 14 days from the date the product were received. Another option is to ask for an exchange for another similar priced product or to pay the difference. We do not make any reimbursements outside the 14 days return period.
How do I return or exchange items?
Aphru will reimburse the full price of the products as long as they are returned unworn, unused and undamaged, with the original Aphru tags and labels intact, in all the original Aphru packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. All returns shall be sent to: Aphru Group Retail AS, Strandveien 13, 1324 Lysaker. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I expect my refund?
It may take up to 7 days to receive your refund on your bank account.
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If a product sold by Aphru has manufacturing defects, Aphru must be immediately notified at email@example.com. If a manufacturing defect is detected, the customer has the right to have the product replaced free of charge or the order cancelled.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by using the tracking number received.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return or exchange items at your concept stores?
Yes, you can return or exchange items at our concept stores. Click here for locations and opening hours. Please ensure that the product is returned unworn, unused and undamaged, with the original Aphru tags and labels intact, in all the original Aphru packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
