TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers are required to read the Terms and Conditions. The e-tailer is APHRU Group Retail AS, Strandveien 13, 1366, Oslo, Norway. Organization number 813 985 632, hereinafter ‘APHRU.’
Product information and availability
All products are subject to availability. The product photos on the website can be subject to minor changes according to natural variation. Such changes shall neither cause the termination of the order nor a price reduction. The styles and colors of the products described on the website may change without notice. The customer will be informed during the transaction process if the order cannot be processed due to the unavailability of the ordered product.
Purchases and Payment
By sending an order to APHRU, the customer acknowledges that (s)he has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. APHRU may keep the customers data related to the order for a certain period, determined by Norwegian law. Customers may pay for the products and the relevant delivery charges by credit or debit card. APHRU accepts payments made with most credit cards. If it is impossible to debit amounts from the customer, the transaction will be stopped and the sale cancelled.
The contract between APHRU and the customer takes into effect when the customer receives the order confirmation from APHRU, stating the order has been completed successfully. APHRU reserves the right to partially fulfil any order if one or more of the products ordered is not available. In such cases, only the sum relating to the partially fulfilled order proposal will be debited. The confirmation sent to the customer by email shall include information on the purchased products including prices and payment method, information on delivery charges and contact information to APHRU. The customer should immediately review this communication and notify APHRU of any errors.
Transport and delivery
Products purchased from the website will be delivered to the address registered by the customer. The invoice will be sent the customer by email. APHRU is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or delays caused solely by the delivery service. In all cases, except those of force majeure, the products shall be delivered within 25 (twentyfive) days from the day following the order date, or the customer is entitled to a full refund. When the products are delivered, the customer is required to verify that the items delivered corresponds to those indicated on the delivery note; and that the packaging is intact. Any damages to the packaging and/or products, or discrepancies in the number of items must be immediately reported to APHRU.
Safeguarding your personally identifiable information
We will take reasonable care to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with. When you place an order or access your account information, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts your information before it is sent to us, to protect it from unauthorised use. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of personal information.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation of orders
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying any reason, by returning the products purchased from the website, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the products were received. When a customer use the right of withdrawal, APHRU will reimburse the full price of the products provided that they are returned unworn, unused and undamaged, with the original APHRU tags and labels intact, in all the original APHRU packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. APHRU will accept returns and exchanges of products only if the return-instructions are fully complied with. APHRU reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with these requirements. The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended the products are returned using a tracked delivery service insuring the value of the item.
APHRU cannot be responsible for reimbursement of products that are returned, but not received by APHRU due to loss or damage not attributable to APHRU. Norwegian customers, in the case of returns, must adhere to the return policy as described in the Norwegian Angrerettskjema.

Cancellation of order
If a customer wishes to amend or cancel an order, (s)he must immediately send an email to email@example.com. Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. Dispatched products can however be returned as set out in these terms and conditions.
If a product sold by APHRU has manufacturing defects, APHRU must be immediately notified at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a manufacturing defect is detected, the customer has the right to have the product replaced free of charge, a price-reduction, or the order cancelled.
Errors on the website
APHRU reserves the right to correct errors, such as related to prices or availability, and to change or update information without prior notice. We strive to always have the correct information on our website.
Authenticity and intellectual property rights
APHRU guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased on the website. Products with the APHRU trademark are all made in Italy, using some of the world’s finest fabrics. The APHRU designs and all elements of the trademark’s business solely belongs to APHRU Group AS.
These terms and conditions are governed by the Norwegian law.
APHRU will only use the customer’s contact information related to the customer’s order. APHRU will not share or sell any contact information to any other party. The handling and collecting of personal information is processed in accordance with Norwegian law and are not sold to third parties.
